Gallery Exhibition Fees
Proposal was presented to eliminate gallery exhibition fees. It was decided to table this until the 2005 exhibition schedule. This will be discussed in the May to June timeframe of 2004. Current Guest Speakers and Demonstrators fees were set.

Newsletter Issues
Proposal to drop one or two issues of Viewpoints as a cost cutting measure. Discussion to drop the July and/or December issue of Viewpoints. Monthly meetings are not held in July and December, but other events do which would have other mailings rather than the newletter. It was decided to review this proposal at a later date.

Exhibition Schedule
Dates for 2004 exhibition calendar was established. The board decided to close the gallery in July 2004.

Open House
Time set to 4 to 6 pm on December 6th.

Angel Award
It was brought to the Board’s attention that it was time to select a volunteer to be presented an Angel Award. John Aggus will receive nominations from the membership which will be presented to the Board for selection.
