The new VAL website

It’s finally here, the new VAL website. Our site now utilizes a well-architectured publishing system. It is a mature and stable product. We hope that by utilizing this system we can improve user experience and align to web standards. And now we can promote a better sense of community by allowing VAL members to participate in commenting and writing the articles published in the site.
