Hello! Since I see that more people at VAL are doing photography, I thought i’d share this workshop. Last year I tried to sign up for it, but there weren’t enough students. No one is signed up yet, but maybe word just needs to spread.

Polaroid Images & Emulsion Transfers
Instructor: Sheila Cunningham
These are offered through the Creative Arts Center of Dallas.

Students create one-of-a-kind artworks from their own slides or prints using these techniques. Basic transfer techniques and hand coloring options are covered. You may bring several 35mm slides or 4″x 6″ prints of your own or use those available in class. No darkroom experience necessary. Minimum enrollment is 5 students. Cost is $100 for members, $130 for non-members plus an additional $25 supply fee. Below is the list of 1-day classes with date, time and location. Click on the class link to register online.
