Private Group active 1 year, 7 months agoVAL’s board members are responsible for the organization’s mission and policies – particularly seeing that the organization is run legally and ethically. To do their work most effectively, boards must have leadership.
Every year the board members selects its officers from nominations by the board and VAL members. Officer titles are president, first vice-president, second vice-president, secretary, treasurer and two directors.
