VAL Essentials

  1. Enter Member exhibits (See drop off dates and the schedule to sit).
  2. Check your inbox regularly for important VAL announcements.
  3. Attend monthly meetings (Held the 1st Tuesday of each month at 7pm).
  4. Bring artwork to meetings for the Asel Awards.
  5. Pick up your Membership Card at the gallery to receive Asel Art Supply discounts.
  6. Contact Brandi admin at for your user name and password to log onto the VAL website.
  7. Attend Art Talk and / or teach workshops, classes or give demonstrations.
  8. Collaborate with other member artists and explore new mediums.
  9. Support VAL fund raising and music events.
  10. Display your artwork in the heart of Old Town – participate in City events such as Farmer’s Market, Western Days and Holiday at the Hall.
  11. Donate 20% of proceeds from artwork sold at VAL events and exhibits.
  12. Serve on Committees and the Board.
